In this six-week course we'll play with fabulous color.  We'll introduce you to artist quality materials and techniques that make pastel painting a versatile, accurate, and fun medium to work with. The beginner course will focus primarily on variety of mark-making, layering color, and how to avoid common pitfalls in the process. You'll also want to know about cleaning, storing, and displaying your pastels and finished paintings. We will cover everything you need to get started.

Materials fee $30 (to be paid to the instructor via cash/check/Venmo).
